Please make sure all orders are in by 1.00pm, the day prior.

Free Delivery in Monash Medical Centre & Children's Hospital

We offer a free delivery for all orders over $25.00 within Monash Medical Centre and Children's Hospital. Deliveries outside Hospitals within a 5km radius of the Hospital are subject to a minimum of $100.00 spend and a minimum $50.00 delivery fee during the week and weekends.

Trading times

Monday to Friday - 5 days a week 7.00am to 6.30pm.

Weekend delivery times and fees are available upon application.

GST & ABN

The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges.

Order Alterations

We always try to accommodate changes in catering quantities. Final numbers and large changes should be lodged by 1.00pm the day prior to the order.

Last minute / same day orders

Our team is available to assist you and will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. Leave it to us and we can see what we can do.

Cancellations

We require 24 hour notice on cancellations. Cancellations fees will be incurred if an order is cancelled within 24 hours and the food cannot be reallocated.

Pricing Fluctuations

Ecco Catering reserves the right to alter or adapt menus, pricing and services. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Payment

We accept the following payments: cheque, EFT, Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (1.65% surcharge applies on all credit card transactions). For first time customers we require credit card details for all orders. A 50% deposit payable on confirmation, 50% to be made within 7 business days post event. We require credit card details for holding purposes.

Refund

If you have any problems with any of your order please notify us immediately. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and offer a guarantee to customers who have; received an incorrect product, the order has not been delivered, incorrect items were delivered or you have received products that you are not satisfied with, we will ensure a refund or credit note for said item/s. Requests for refunds must be made to us in writing via email catering@henryandco.au within forty eight (48) hours of the delivery being made. Any claims after this time will not be accepted. Where agreed upon, refunds will be processed with 7-10 business day from the delivery being made.
